A native of Wisconsin, Sam Stusek is the founding partner of Stusek Creative Group, an architecture and design practice based in Annapolis, MD. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Sam first discovered Annapolis during a summer visit and quickly fell in love with its coastal charm and rich architectural heritage—compelling him to make it his home.
For more than two decades, Sam has partnered with individuals, families, and businesses to create exceptional homes and distinctive office spaces that marry creative vision with enduring craftsmanship. His work embodies a balance of timeless elegance and modern sensibility, with a focus on thoughtful design that enhances how people live and work.
Before founding Stusek Creative Group, Sam honed his expertise as an architect in Annapolis and spent over a decade leading design teams for in the Washington, DC area. These experiences shaped his approach to blending artistry with precision, always tailored with an eye toward the client’s individual program.
